By accessing and using BihariMunch (biharimunch.com), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.

3. Products & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed through Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. All transactions are secured and encrypted.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Shipping is ₹80 per order, free on orders above ₹900. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or force majeure.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items. Perishable items are non-returnable unless defective. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, and design — is owned by BihariMunch and protected under Indian copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

BihariMunch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar.
