Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged during transit, incorrect, or not as described.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened or consumed
- Perishable items unless received in damaged condition
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
How to Request a Return

- If approved, we'll arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the item back
Refund Process
Once we receive and verify the returned item:

- Store Credit: Instant store credit option available
- Replacement: Free replacement for damaged items (subject to stock)
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free for damaged or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
