These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and BihariMunch ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the BihariMunch website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time and for any reason.

BihariMunch provides an online platform that connects users with authentic Bihari culinary experiences, including but not limited to food ordering, recipe sharing, and culinary event management.

1.1 Platform Description

The BihariMunch platform enables:

• Discovery and ordering of authentic Bihari cuisine from partnered vendors
• Access to traditional recipes and cooking techniques
• Participation in culinary events and workshops
• Community features for food enthusiasts

1.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content. We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the services without notice or liability.

To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to register an account ("Account").

When creating an Account, you agree to:

5.1 User Termination

You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting us at support@bihariumunch.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

5.2 Effect of Termination

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BihariMunch disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6.1 No Warranty

We do not warrant that:

• The Site will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Site is free of viruses or other harmful components

6.2 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BihariMunch, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site
3. Any content obtained from the Site
4. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7.1 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

7.2 Jurisdiction

For any matters not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Patna, Bihar, India.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

8.1 Continued Use

By continuing to access or use our Site after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Site.
