  • Unopened products in original packaging
  • Within 7 days of delivery
  • Damaged or incorrect items (report within 24 hours)

Non-Returnable

  • Opened/consumed products
  • Perishable snacks (Thekua, Tilkut, etc.)
  • Custom or special orders
